A delicious Manchurian dish made with nutritious soya chunks. Soya Manchurian is a protein rich Chinese style cooked vegetable recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Soya Chunks
1 Whole Red Onion Chopped
2 Teaspoon Garlic Chopped
4 Teaspoon Ginger Chopped
21/2 Teaspoon Green Chilly Chopped
10 oz Corn Starch
10 Oz All Purpose Flour
Cilantro to taste
MSG
White Pepper a pinch
Sesame Seeds
5 ml Veg Oil for Cooking
Oil for frying
Tomato Ketchup
Soya Sauce

Method

Combine the soya chunk and 1 cup of warm water in a bowl.

Keep aside for 10-15 minutes

Mix the cornstarch and All-purpose flour with warm water like batter, add msg, salt and pepper to taste.

Squeeze the soya chunks and sesame seeds, mix together in batter and fry it till crispy.

Sauce:

In a wok pour 5 ml vegetable oil and ginger, garlic and onion.

Saute well and add little water Add soya sauce and ketchup with pinch of salt, MSG.

Finally add soya chunks and toss it well Garnish with cilantro.
