Teenage maze artist Jonathan Pappas and his Maze Jam team will be creating mazes of all sizes, kinds, and configurations - helping visitors fall in love with mazes. Visitors can check out his 2D, 3D and video mazes while trying their hand at a number of different types such as classic, noodle, line and crazy mazes on Jonathan’s app and on paper. Jonathan’s sister Sophia will be demonstrating how she makes Inkies, the stuffed animal version of the little creatures in the Maze app. Brother David is also a maze developer and he’ll be onsite inspiring more maze-making. Unusually Brilliant combines the art and technology of mazes in an unforgettable visual and hands-on experience.
Jonathan’s exhibition, “It’s A-maze-ing” is on display in the museum’s art gallery through January 5.
