An Advocate from Bihar Sudhir Kumar Ojha, on Wednesday moved a criminal complaint against 8 persons, including Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and producer-director Karan Johar, in a local court regarding the death of Hindi film actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

The court had fixed July 3 as the next date of hearing. In his complaint filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha alleged that these eight persons forced Sushant to commit suicide under a conspiracy that, he pleaded, amounted to murder.

There is a nation-wide uproar and anger over the untimely death this handsome, young, talented, and self-made actor that refused to pin it down to just "mental health issues." His death by suicide has allegedly a deeper context, which is more akin to aid and abetting.

Producer, director Sekhar Kapoor too in his now popular tweet implied that there was something that was troubling Sushant deeply and that he dried over his shoulders.

Kangana Ranaut, of the Queen and Manikarnika fame, in her instagram video has openly accused the Hindi Film Industry has committed this "murder," and now are trying to brush it away as "mental illness" and "depression." You can see the entire video here.

The outcry of the general public is so huge that most bigwigs like Karan Johar and Alia Bhat's following on social media have dropped down dynamically by more than a lakh within 20 minutes on Tuesday and the trend is increasing by the minute. There is anger against them that they are hugely against outsiders and only support the industry kids. While the following of Kangana instagram increased by over a million in the same period after the tough stand she took on Sushant's death.

Others named in the complaint are Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Ekta Kapoor, and director Dinesh. The complainant claimed that these persons did not let Sushant's movies get released and removed him from at least seven films which created a situation for Sushant THAT PUSHED HIM TO TAKE THIS EXTREME STEP. This happened allegedly under a conspiracy and the late actor was not even invited to film functions because of these so-called biggies.

In a tweet in February, which has now gone viral, movie critic and actor Kamaal Khan popularly known as KRK alleges that several big movie production houses such as Dharma Productions, TSeries, Sajid Nadiadwala, YRF, Balaji, Dinesh Vijan have banned Sushant Singh Rajput so now "he can do web series and TV Series only."

Ojha said that Sushant Singh Rajput's death had not only hurt the people of Bihar (Sushant's native state) but the entire country. He said the complaint had been filed under Sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 and Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut had been listed as a witness in the case. Sushant Singh Rajput had allegedly committed suicide at his Bandra flat in Mumbai on Sunday.
