Interested in learning how to do yoga or already have a practice, and want to join other adults in your community for free classes? Experienced instructor Ted Harvey will offer a combination of movement, meditation and breathing for stress relief, relaxation and mind-body connection. Please bring your own towel or mat. All levels are welcome!
