Family Friendly! Come and be part of the making process using xTool lasers and creative tools in this pop up mobile makerspace experience.

Calling all makers, creatives, DIYers, and crafters! Join xTool and Maker Nexus for a free, hands-on community maker event celebrating creativity and craftsmanship. This marks the second stop on the xTool MakerFest Tour, where we’re hitting the road to meet makers across the U.S. with our mobile makerspace.

For this stop, we’re partnering with Maker Nexus, a nonprofit makerspace we’ve long supported and admired as both a local creative hub and a user of xTool products. We’ll be creating custom items on-site and giving them away to attendees, while also providing makers the opportunity to test materials they bring on our machines.

🎁 What to expect:

• Free semi-personalized items created live on xTool machines
• Free "Test-Your-Material" stations where attendees can bring 1 material to test on our laser machines / apparel printer (depending on crowd capacity, our team will have the discretion to allow an additional material to test with or to turn away requests)
• Close up live demos of lasers and creative tools (apparel printer, and other fabrication tools)
• Experience xTool's custom-built mobile makerspace truck that’s heading across the country
• Guided tours of Maker Nexus's maker facility

Guidelines for material testing and personalization

• You must have a file ready (PNG / SVG / JPG) to quickly transfer to our station leads (via Air Drop, USB-C thumbdrive) to expedite the process
• 1 material item is allowed per person for testing. Our team may allow an additional item depending on event flow and capacity.
