Join us, Maker Nexus Members and Staff, for our monthly Metalshop Meeting!  We'll discuss progress on shop improvements and maintenance, and make plans for the upcoming month.

This meeting is also a group project day! This is a great opportunity to work with other members in the space. Maybe you don't have a project in mind but want to practice some of your metal shop skills and work on a community project together with other members! We will have many tasks for a variety of skill levels, so all members with any level of metal shop skills are welcome. 

We will work on projects from 2pm - 4pm and have our regular meeting after, from 4pm- 5pm. 

Please don't feel obligated to stay the entire time; if you just have some time to help, that's great, or if you are only interested in the meeting itself, that's totally okay too.

These meetings are a great opportunity for new members to meet our experienced metal shop makers, talk about upgrades you'd like to see in the shop, get answers to questions, find volunteering opportunities, and more!
