Children’s Discovery Museum joins VTA, The Tech Interactive, and San José Museum of Art for youth art contest

WHAT: Where can a bus or light rail take you? To school, a friend's house, a museum, a new neighborhood, or somewhere you have never been before? Young artists are invited to explore that question through “Next Stop: Imagination!”, a new youth art contest created through a partnership between VTA, Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose, The Tech Interactive, and San José Museum of Art.

At Children’s Discovery Museum, children ages 10 and under can create an original work of art inspired by the theme “Next Stop: Imagination!” Their artwork could ultimately be featured on VTA vehicles or transit stops throughout the community.

The contest celebrates creativity, imagination and the many places and possibilities that public transportation can connect us to.
