Join San Mateo County Libraries for a documentary screening of Cheryl Fabio’s A Rising Tide: A Look at Homelessness in Alameda County. Fabio, an Oakland resident, captures the adversity faced by homeless families in Oakland; additionally, it explores the plight of the service providers on the frontlines of the housing crises. This documentary was an official selection of the 22nd Oakland International Film Festival in 2023.
