During the US tour of Global Investors Summit 2023 delegation of Govt of Uttar Pradesh, India and Indian-origin Saloni Heart Foundation have signed an MoU of Rs 480 crore with the state government to set up a Center of Excellence in Pediatric Cardiology at SGPGI, Lucknow. It will be started with 30 beds. After its successful implementation, the unit will be expanded to 100 beds in the second phase and 200 beds in the third phase. Here surgery for 5,000 children suffering from congenital heart diseases and treatment for 10,000 children will be possible.

Saloni Heart Foundation hosted its Inaugural Fundraiser Gala

Saloni Heart Foundation(SHF) hosted its first fundraiser Gala in Cupertino, California, USA. The keynote was delivered by Dr. V. Mohan Reddy, MD, Chief of the Division of Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery at UCSF and Co-Director of the Pediatric Heart Center at the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital, SFO. The event was highly successful, attended by 170 people to raise funds to start facilitating medical missions where doctors and nurses from US would travel to India to train the medical staff there, as well as directly operating on complex- critical cases.  SHF plans to fund surgeries of such children and set up a Center of Excellence, a specialized children’s hospital to  treat and operate children suffering from CHD in India.
