India Parent Magazine (IPM): Hello, Darcy. Good morning. Welcome to India Parent Magazine. We are so honored to have you here. Can you tell us a little bit about your summer camps to our readers?
Darci: Good morning. Thank you for having me. I'm excited to be here and to be able to share with you about our summer program.

India Parent Magazine (IPM): Excellent. Thank you. Just to start off, I would like to know more about the school's philosophy behind the summer camps. What exactly are you targeting to achieve?
Darci: Definitely. So our schools philosophy in general and in regards to our summer program is to create excitement for learning in a fun and loving environment. And as you know, but summertime is a fun time for kids. And so our philosophy for our summer program is not to simply just pack it full of academics and academics only. And while we do do some academics within our program, the majority of it is focused on the whole child and creating excitement for learning where the activities are doing the things that they're learning are presented in a fun and exciting way.

IPM: Excellent. Thank you. Just to start off, I would like to know more about the school's philosophy behind the summer camps. What exactly are you targeting to achieve?
Darci: Sure, definitely. We are running a summer program at our elementary location. Monterey campus runs from junior kindergarten up through fourth grade. And so our summer program is going to focus on students who have just finished junior kindergarten up through third grade, Students that have finished fourth grade move over to our middle school campus. The middle school campus is going to have students who have finished fourth grade through eighth grade.

IPM: How are you different from other camps with similar programs?
Darci: Sure. So that's a great question. And one of the things that I love about our camps is that we are all inclusive. So we have field trips. We have specialty camps within our camp. So essentially all day long there's going to be lots of various activities that are available to everyone. There's going to be different activities each day as long as well as like a daily thing that's happening. But in addition to that, we also have field trips that the students can sign up for, which would be off campus. And then we also have specialty camps, which would be things that they can sign up for, such as a cooking class that might happen directly on campus or it might be a basketball class or a STEM challenge. And so a lot so there is stuff happening every day for everyone. But then additionally, some specialty things that families can sign up for to essentially enhance their students experience.

IPM: Awesome that that was an absolutely stunning answer, thank you so much. And finally, Darcy any message to our readers who are looking for a happy yet educational camp for their children? Do you have any suggestions?
Darci: Yeah, I would definitely say for all of you parents out there who are looking for just a great place for your student to spend their summer. To sign up and to sign up as soon as possible. So that way they can get their space for Action Day summer or Summer of Action day at our elementary location and summer at West Valley for our middle school location. I definitely look us up and get your child registered because there's so much out there for them to do.

IPM: Thank you so much Darcy. I'm so honored to have you here today and explain how Action Day works. It Is one of my favorite schools and I'm looking forward to put this out on our web site. Thank you so much for being here. I truly appreciate it.
Darci: You're welcome. And we're excited that you guys are doing this for us. And we know that your community is awesome and we're excited to have you guys.
